About This Spot

Little Lorraine's Bar is the kind of spot that feels like a quietly cherished hideaway tucked just off the beaten path. Perched above the street, you climb a modest flight of stairs and step into a space where the lighting is soft and the energy is unhurried. It’s a place that invites you to settle in, whether you’re catching up with friends on the balcony or warming up with a drink inside among a mix of locals who clearly appreciate its familiar, down-to-earth charm.

The atmosphere here hums with an easygoing rhythm—comfortable enough for conversation, yet alive with subtle background moments like a familiar movie playing quietly on a screen or the gentle clatter of a well-earned beer being poured. It’s the kind of bar where you can feel the neighborhood’s heartbeat while savoring the small things that make it unique: the crispness of a refreshing cider, the welcoming scent of freshly baked pizza, or the spicy kick of jalapeño poppers shared across the table.

Food here is woven seamlessly into the experience rather than shouted about—when a pizza arrives, it’s clear how much care goes into each one. The crust offers a satisfying crunch beneath well-balanced toppings, making each slice a comforting, hearty moment. Side dishes appear with generous portions, perfect for nibbling between stories and laughter, while the drink list complements the mood with approachable, fairly priced choices that invite lingering long after the first round.

Whether you’re visiting for the local vibe, the solid drink options, or the reliably good pizza and snacks, Little Lorraine’s quietly earns its place as a neighborhood gem. It’s less about flashy moments and more about the steady warmth of a space where time slows just enough to savor company, conversation, and simple, honest flavors.

Little Lorraine's is a really cool cozy upstairs bar with a nice balcony and good pizza. They have a nice neighborhood locals vibe and had Forrest Gump on TV while I sipped on a very fairly priced Blue Moon with an orange. I'll be back!

Nice, very comfortable, and good place for conversation with friends and family. Able to watch sport as well, wished Army had won! Ordered the Garden of Eden pizza, Great taste, crispy thin crust and also got a basket of Fries and a Cranberry/ Pineapple juice. Fries were a good quantity and quality and will return to try some other appetizers and a different Pizza or salad.

Such a hidden gem in Mount Clemens. I have been looking for a good local pizza place and this place is it. Pizza is the perfect amount of sauce, cheese and perfectly cooked crust, salad is very fresh too. There are good drink specials and seasonal beer on tap. Would recommend to anyone looking for great pizza and a chill bar atmosphere.

Great half off pizza on Wednesdays. Service very nice. Kinda dark inside and have to climb a flight of stairs to get in. Update -- been here a few times now. Food and service good. No energy in this place and the place is in serious disrepair. I will still come back but really wish ownership would put a few dollars into some easy cosmetic repairs.

This is in my top two amazing pizza places to go to! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The pizza is thick and very crunchy under the whole undercarriage! My favorite. We got the XL so we would have leftovers. That pizza is so big we had two more meals after. My husband must have bread sticks. I get to full fast so I could do without but the bread sticks are just as big as a pizza! It’s a MUST try!

Great little bar with good live music (be sure to visit when Peter is playing) The barmaids are excellent (especially Rachel) she's the best! The salads are great and the pizza is spicy and AMAZING! Drink up and tip somebody!!

Love it! We asked for a recommendation for a pizza place and was told to go there. Great location. Cozy place. Good hockey game viewing. Pizza is delicious. We are definitely putting this place in our list for each business trip up in this area! Islander pizza better than you'd expect!
